About Me

Katrina Magdol (she/her)

Katrina is a subject matter expert in project management, people operations, talent management, and HR compliance.  With decades of professional experience, she has successfully led classrooms, designed operations and HR systems, built and managed teams, and started two consulting businesses.
 
Katrina is passionate about the business benefits of strong people teams, equitable and inclusive policies, effective management, and streamlined operations. She prioritizes equity, excellence, and the employee experience in her work.

Katrina's early adulthood was spent in Philly, where she graduated from Bryn Mawr College, launcher her career, and earned a Master's Degree and teaching certification from the University of Pennsylvania. 

​

She has since made Boston her home, and lives in the city with her family.
