Katrina Magdol (she/her), Founder
Katrina is a subject matter expert in people operations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Katrina values equity, excellence, community and communication.

She has served nonprofit organizations as small as 8 employees and as large as 450 employees, and held the titles of Chief of Staff, Head of People, Strategic Business Partner, and Director of HR & Operations.

Katrina's early adulthood was spent in Philly, where she graduated from Bryn Mawr College, launcher her career, and earned a Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Since 2010, Boston has been home to Katrina and her family. The name Amalou draws on the names of her two daugthers.
